Access Codes
Allows management to assign access codes to guests that will gain access to all areas of the accommodation site.
The Guest Management menu is the navigation bar in NewBook that deals with all matters relating to the management of either individual or group guests. They include Access Codes, Bookings, Bookings Groups, Bookings Chart, Bookings Map, Contact, Guests and Guest Companies.

New and existing bookings can be viewed. New bookings can be easily added. You are able to see the status of each guest, when they arrived and when they are expected to check out.
Able to view availability across a predefined time period with different colours for each guest. The booking chart is easy to read and allows guests to be moved around to any room by dragging their booking, instantly updating.
New and existing groups can be viewed. New bookings can be easily added. You are able to see the status of each group, when they arrived and when they are expected to check out and the total of each group.
Allows for a site map to be uploaded of the property and its room layout. From here you will able to view which room type is available make a booking.
The contact feature will display all the contact history within your property. You will be able to see who was emailed, sent a text, time stamp, to and from.
Is used for the management of guest’s information within NewBook. Here you can add guests and update details.
